1. When are you open?
- 7 days a week 9am to 9pm.

2. What are the qualifications of your tutors?
- Each tutor has a minimum of a Bachelors degree. Many are working on a Masters or a Doctorate.

3. How much tutoring does my student need ?
- We require a minimum of 1 hour per week per subject .
Students with an “A” should consider tutoring once a week to maintain their grade.
Students with a “B” should consider once or twice weekly.
Students with a “C” should consider two or three times weekly.
Students with a grade below “C” should consider three or more times per week.

4. Are there any registration fees or additional cost?
- No, we only charge for the actual tutoring.

5. Is there a contract to sign? How long am I committed?
- Although we do require you to sign a form acknowledging our
policies, there is no long term commitment required. You can cancel any or all of your scheduled appointments with 48 hours notice for a refund or credit of any unused time paid for.

6. What is your cancellation policy?
-We require 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

7. How do I get started?
- Just let us know what subject you need help with and when you are
available. We can then work on matching you with the appropriate
tutor. Please call ahead at least 2 days in advance. Same day appointments are not always available since we need time to match you with the best tutor possible.

8. Can I schedule just one appointment to try it out? What if I don't like the tutor?
- You are welcome to schedule just one appointment if you feel you need to establish the effectiveness of the tutor. If you are looking for a regular weekly appointment however, we would encourage you to establish a weekly schedule with the tutor we recommend. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may cancel your appointments or ask to meet with another tutor with just 48 hours notice.

9. Can I pay by check?
- You may pay by check during the 1st week of every month. We require a credit card to establish an account for all new clients. The payments are due in advance on a monthly basis.
